To Kill a Mockingbird is set in the town of Maycomb, Alabama. The story is told through the eyes of Jean Louise "Scout" Finch, who is the age of six in the start of the story. Jean Louise ‘Scout’ Finch She portrays the story depicting her life between the ages of six and nine.â She is a boyish girl and accomplished, basically because of her dad, and she has an idealistic perspective on the world and individuals around her.
